I don't think the Application Manager will be able to Restore the applications unless you already created Archive files of them. I don't know if Application Manager can create Archive files out of project that aren't registered in FactoryTalk as existing on the Studio computer. Give that a try first, creating Archive files then Restoring them. You may also need to try following the procedure described in this RA Knowledgebase document, AID# 43543 to manually move the application from that recovered hard drive to your current FactoryTalk View Studio environment.
